I worked on numerous major launches for Brands within the Fragrance & Beauty industry. My work included the design-process: Moodboards, Logo designs, Packaging Design Concepts, follow-trough and overviewing the Product development until final production with.

Continuous transversal exchange with several company divisions, such as Marketing, R&D, Packaging engineers, Merchandizing Teams, Artwork Teams, Promotion teams. Personally designing, relying on my team and driving internal and external creative ressources.


JENNIFER LOPEZ

Fragrances

JENNIFER LOPEZ was the First Celebrity Brand on the Selective Fragrance Market, license signed by COTY. Her first launch "GLOW by JLO" remains one of the most successful fragrance launches to date. Generating almost 100 US$ sales vs. 30 US$ forecasted in launch year 2003. Ranking #1 position in the US markets during first 6 months. Shortest development achieved ever to date within COTY (6 months from design to final production). Distinction: FIFI AWARD for BEST CELEBRITY FRAGRANCE OF THE YEAR. 2003.

I was responsible for the entire creative packaging development. My work included Moodboards, Logo Design, Packaging Design and its development with in-house packaging engineers, production follow-up, creative support to other Marketing Mix materials (Promotions, Advisor for POS Teams). I developed the flacon together with Designer Guy Williams.

LANCASTER

Skin Care / Make-up /Sun

I have a proven 16 years experience on several Re-Packaging Launches for the LANCASTER Brand and its different categories: SKIN CARE , SUN, MAKE-UP. 4 years on Design Agency side, and 12 years at "client" side as Art Director at Coty.

My responsibilities included:

• Development of LANCASTERS "Graphical-chart" for a coherent visual packaging identity for each of the SKIN CARE SUN, MAKE-UP categories.

Packaging Design Development and follow-up until production of new lines.

Cross-functional development with internal Packaging Engineers and final manufacturers: Responsible for Design of new jars and other primary components.

Sourcing external Artwork-companies, negotiating pricing. Outsourcing and overviewing the execution of Mechanicals ArtWorks.



VIVIENNE WESTWOOD

First Fragrance "Boudoir"

BOUDOIR, the first fragrance launch by VIVIENNE WESTWOOD: I was responsible for designing the first Secondary Packaging and Parfum Coffret for the new fragrance brand. Providing further creative services support with my team. Supervision of design- and production developments.

Presentation together with Marketing team to Mrs. Vivienne Westwood. Follow-up with final manufacturers.


MARIA GALLAND Paris

Premium Professional Skin care brand with Parisian heritage. Exclusive distribution through high-end beauty salons and spas.

My collaboration consists in advising and assisting Marketing and Inhouse-Design-Team of MARIA GALLAND Munich, through the global Re-packaging Process:

YSK (Yue-Sai-Kan) China

COTY had signed the first high-end CHINESE BRAND license as first cosmetic giant. Becoming first local LUXURY BRAND in China in 2000: YUE SAI KAN.

Together with the VP Marketing of the brand, several travels to Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzen for Market research, Brand culture to nourish us, defining the concept for upgrading the brand.

I designed the Packaging and new jar concept for a new first SKIN CARE line. Overseeing its development.

For the YSK MAKE-UP line I followed up on packaging production in China at local manufacturers.

CORPORATE IDENTITY for the

AUSTRIAN BAL in Paris

For the 50th anniversary of the Austrian Bal in Paris in 2018, I was asked to redesign a more contemporary, elegant Institutional Design for the Bal and its communication elements.

Co-Founder of a new dynamic parents school association

| Development VISUAL IDENTITY |

Co-Founder of a new parents association: LIPE (Liste Independante de Parents d'Elèves). Recruiting high-performing benevolat-team, operational within weeks. Since its creation 2018, obtaining 66% of parents votes to represent 800 pupils and their parents at the schoolboard.

Delivered a full visual Identity: Logo, flyers and design & development of an extensive FIRST SCHOOL GUIDE. Printed and digital version. Highly appreciated by parents, principals, teachers, administration.
